The Department of Philosophy has organised the Indian Council of Philosophical Research (ICPR) periodical lectures on the theme Guru Granth Sahib and Bhagavad Gita: A beacon of  light for humanity and Self-realization .Principal Sir welcomed the esteemed guests and Prof. Anu Kandhari,Head,Deptt. Of Philosophy gave introduction to the theme.Dr. Hardev Singh from World Sikh University,Fatehgarh Sahib, Dr. Neeraj kumar Sharma , Christian Baring College, Batala,Dr. Ekta Saini,  KMV College,Jalandhar and  Principal Pushpinder Kaur Govt. High Smart School,Idgah and Vice Principal Mrs. Neeru Bhatia of Ram kanya Sen. Sec. School were present there.The guests provided deep insights into the philosophical teachings of Guru Granth Sahib and the Bhagavad Gita, emphasizing their relevance in promoting self-realization and guiding humanity towards righteousness. The sessions witnessed an engaging discussion, enlightening the students on the significance of these spiritual scriptures in contemporary life.
