Hindu College, Amritsar, established in 1924, is a premier educational institution located in the heart of the historic walled city. It gives me immense pleasure to join the Hindu College family, which is enriched by its illustrious alumni who have excelled not only at the national level but also on the international stage. Among them, Dr. Manmohan Singh, former Prime Minister and Finance Minister of India; Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw; and renowned cricketer Shri Bishan Singh Bedi stand as shining examples of the College’s glorious legacy.
The College is blessed with a team of dedicated faculty members who not only impart quality education but also nurture the overall personality of students. Equal emphasis is laid on academics, extracurricular activities, and co-curricular pursuits to ensure holistic development and to prepare students to face the challenges of life with confidence.
